How User Limits Work in OYASO

1. Concurrent Use (Concurrent Users):

There is no technical limit in OYASO for concurrently active users. All employees registered under your client account can work in the system at the exact same time without any restrictions.

2. Number of Created User Accounts (Soft Cap):

The user count specified in your subscription plan (e.g., 7 users in the Essential plan) is not a strict technical restriction (no hard cap).

• You can create more user accounts in the system at any time than specified in your contract.
• If you permanently and significantly exceed your agreed quota, we will reach out to you personally to discuss a fair adjustment to your plan or to help clean up unused accounts.
• A user will never be technically blocked from logging in.
