What does OYASO do?

What the platform is for, and how a request becomes an order.

OYASO is a platform for freight procurement. You send transport requests to your own logistics service providers, compare the offers you receive, and award the order.

OYASO is not a freight exchange. Every request starts with you. A carrier cannot sign in anywhere, cannot search for loads, and cannot offer transport on its own initiative. You only ever see prices from carriers you selected yourself.

How it works, in four steps

  1. Add your service providers. Store each carrier with a contact person and email address.
  2. Create a request. Enter the route, the shipment details, and a deadline, then select the carriers.
  3. Receive offers. Your carriers enter their prices. Each price appears in your overview immediately.
  4. Compare and award. You see all offers side by side and award the order.

Spot or rate

OYASO covers two ways of buying transport.

Both run into the same overview. You do not need separate lists.

Your carriers have no account

There is no account and no sign-in for logistics service providers. Your carriers do not register and do not set a password. They receive an email with a personal link and enter their price there.

The link leads to one single request. A carrier sees neither your other requests nor the offers of the other participants.

For you, that means no access management and no one to persuade into signing up. For your partners, it means one email, one form, done.

What OYASO does not do

  • It is not a freight exchange or a marketplace. Carriers cannot search for loads or advertise free capacity.
  • It does not carry freight. OYASO runs no transports and does not act as a carrier.
  • It does not track shipments in transit.
  • It is not available to private individuals or for private parcels.
