What does OYASO do?
Features & Benefits
OYASO is a software platform designed to digitize and simplify your collaboration with your existing Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). Unlike open marketplaces, we are not a public freight exchange
With OYASO, you decide who is allowed to submit quotes. You work exclusively within a closed environment with carriers you already know and trust.

How does the platform work?
Instead of laboriously requesting freight prices via email or phone and manually typing them into Excel, you use OYASO as your central command center:
-
Select your own partners: You store your preferred house carriers in the system.
-
Create requests: You start a request—either for daily prices (Spot) or long-term contracts (Rates).
-
Receive offers: Your selected partners receive the request and submit their prices.
-
Compare & Book: You see all incoming offers in a clear table, compare them, and award the contract directly to the best provider.
The 3 Biggest Advantages (USPs)
Why do companies switch from Excel/Outlook to OYASO?
1. No Login for Carriers ("Magic Link") This is our most important feature for seamless collaboration. Since you are working with your own partners, you don’t want to put any hurdles in their way. Your carriers do not need to register or remember a password. They receive an email with a secure link and enter the price directly there.

The result: Since the effort for the carrier is minimal, you receive answers extremely quickly (response rates close to 100%).
2. Centralized Spot & Rate Management No more juggling different Excel lists for daily prices and contracts. In OYASO, you have both procurement methods in one place:
-
Spot (Daily Prices): Don't have a fixed rate or need a current market price? Start a spot request to your partners with just a few clicks.
- Rates (Contracts): Have you negotiated fixed prices for a specific route? Then you can compare the stored rates of your carriers directly and select the cheapest partner.
3. Process Speed Save yourself the manual effort of typing out email offers. As soon as a carrier enters their price, it appears in your comparison. The entire process—from request to award—often takes only minutes instead of hours.
