Managing Shipping and Receiving Addresses
OYASO learns as you go: The system automatically saves all addresses that you enter as pickup or delivery locations (destinations) during your daily spot or rate requests.
Why do we have this management feature? You do not necessarily have to manually create addresses here in advance. Rather, the address management serves the purpose of maintenance ("Data Hygiene"). Here, you can view, correct, or delete collected entries to keep your auto-completion (dropdown menu) clean, up-to-date, and free of typos for future requests.
1. Access Address Management

Click on your name or your company name on the far right of the top navigation bar.

Select "Addresses" (Adressen) from the dropdown menu.

You will now reach the "Manage Addresses" overview. Here you will see an alphabetical list of all saved shipping and receiving locations that the system has collected from your previous requests.
2. Edit an Address (Correction)
Did you make a typo in a previous request, or has a customer's zip code changed?

Find the relevant row in the list.

Click the pencil icon (Edit) on the right side.

The "Edit Address" window will open. Here you can adjust the zip code, city, street, and country.

Confirm your entries by clicking the "Save changes" button. The address is now corrected for all future auto-completions.
3. Delete an Address (Cleanup)
To permanently remove outdated, duplicate, or completely incorrect addresses from your suggestions:

Simply click the trash can icon (Delete) in the row of the corresponding entry, which is located directly next to the pencil icon.
