Status Overview & Service Provider Rating
The Status Overview is your homepage and command center in OYASO. It provides you with a structured overview of all ongoing processes immediately after logging in. Additionally, depending on your booked plan, you can rate your carriers here after a transport has been completed to build up your quality management.
1. The Dashboard (Status Overview)
To return to this view at any time, simply click the house icon "Status Overview" (Statusübersicht) in the top navigation bar.
Here, everything comes together in clear accordion menus (collapsible lists):

Open Requests: Which spot or rate requests are currently active and waiting for offers from your partners?

Shipments Without Rating: Here the system lists all successfully awarded transports for which your quality feedback is still pending.

Expiring Rates: Rates whose validity period will end soon and should be updated.

Closed & Old Requests: Your archive for expired or manually completed processes.
2. Rating Service Providers (The 5-Star Logic)
After a transport has been carried out, it appears in the "Shipments Without Rating" section. Click the "Rate" (Bewerten) button to assess the carrier's performance on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.
The following smart logic applies:

5 Stars (Perfect): If you award 5 stars, the rating is saved directly in the system without any further prompts.

4 Stars or less (Room for improvement): As soon as you give a lower rating, a text field asking "What could have gone better?" automatically opens. You are required to enter a brief reason here (e.g., "Truck was 2 hours late" or "Poor communication"). This secures valuable arguments for your future negotiations.
3. Where do I see the ratings?
Your submitted ratings do not just disappear into the system. They feed directly into your reporting as a calculated average score:

You can see the accumulated stars in the Service Provider Overview directly below the name of the respective carrier.

You will also find them prominently displayed in the Individual Service Provider Report.
Important Note on Plan Availability: The "Service Provider Rating" module is a premium feature included starting from the Professional package. Customers on the Essential or Business plans cannot submit ratings. Note for Business Customers: While the Individual Service Provider Report is already included in your plan, the section for star ratings remains empty there, as the rating module is only unlocked from the "Professional" tier upwards.
