Usage Overview: Checking Your Quote Quota
As an administrator, the usage overview provides you with full transparency regarding your current volume of freight requests. Here, you can check at any time how many requests your team has sent to carriers over the past 12 months and how they are distributed across the different months.
This helps you compare your actual consumption with the quota included in your current OYASO subscription package.
1. Access the Usage Overview

Click on your name or your company name on the far right of the top navigation bar.

Select "Usage Overview" (Nutzungsübersicht) from the dropdown menu (Subtitle: "View your used quote quota").
2. How is the quota calculated?
You will now see a tabular overview of the last 12 months. Before analyzing the numbers, it is important to understand how the system counts.
The calculation basis is: Number of requests × Number of invited carriers.

Example: If you create a single spot request but send it to 3 different carriers, this counts as 3 units against your quota.
3. Reading the Evaluation
The table breaks down your consumption in detail:

Categories: The rows differentiate between the various request types (e.g., "Spot requests", "Rate requests") and specific transport modes (e.g., "Road Freight Full Load / FTL").

Monthly Trend: The columns show the development over the past 12 months, allowing you to easily spot seasonal peaks (e.g., during the holiday season).

Total Number: In the bottom row and the far-right column ("Total period"), you can see the summed-up values at a glance.
Important Note on Package Limits: In this view, you exclusively see your actual consumption. Your maximum limit (i.e., how many requests are included in your booked package) is not displayed here. You can find your limit on your OYASO invoice or in your contract. We recommend regularly comparing the consumption displayed here with your contract so you can plan potential upgrades in good time.
