Reporting on a Single Carrier

Metrics, lanes, and price gap for one partner.

Opening the report

  1. In the main menu, click Reports.
  2. Select Carrier report.

Choose the carrier and period at the top.

The metrics

Metric Meaning
Revenue and shipments total revenue, number of orders
Quote rate how often the partner responds
Hit rate how often they win after quoting
Top lanes where they are strongest for you

You always see the general metrics. The breakdown by lane further down is not part of every contract.

The detailed breakdown

Further down, the report breaks out by transport mode and lane. Per route you see the ratio of requests to quotes and the average price gap to the cheapest provider.

How to read the price gap

The figure shows how far the partner sat from the cheapest quote on average — not whether they are expensive.

A consistently small gap means competitive, even without many wins. A large gap on specific lanes usually means they do not run those routes on their own network.

Lanes without quotes do not feed in. Read quote rate and price gap together.

If figures are missing

Without requests in the period, the report stays empty.

If the lower section stays empty although data exists, the lane breakdown is not enabled for your company. → Additional features
