Service Provider Overview: Compare All Carriers at a Glance

While the "Individual Service Provider Report" module dives deep into the data of a single carrier, the "Service Provider Overview" offers the exact opposite: It provides a high-level dashboard where you can compare the performance of all your logistics partners at a glance.

Important Note on Availability: The global Service Provider Overview is a premium feature available starting from the Professional plan.

1. Accessing the Overview

  1. Click on the "Reports" (Berichte) menu item in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select the "Service Provider Overview" (Dienstleister-Übersicht) option from the dropdown menu.

2. Search & Filter

In the upper section of the dashboard, you can narrow down the displayed data:

  • Search for carrier: Use the search field on the left to filter specifically for a certain logistics partner.

  • Select period: Use the dropdown menu next to it on the right to define the timeframe. You can choose between: last month, last 3 months, last year, or since start of use.

3. Comparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

A separate "card" with the most important performance data for the selected period is generated for each carrier. Here you can immediately see:

  • Revenue: The cumulative total value of the awarded orders.

  • Requests & Request Rate: How many shipments were requested and what is the percentage share of this carrier in all your requests?

  • Quoted & Quote Rate: How many requests did the carrier respond to and submit an offer for?

  • Booked & Booking Rate: How many orders did the carrier ultimately win (Hit Rate)?

  • Rating: Below the carrier's name, you will also find a 5-star rating system.

4. Diving into the Details (Individual Report)

Do you notice an unusually low quote rate or a sharp drop in revenue for a specific carrier?

  • Click the "Show Details" (Details anzeigen) button on the right side of the respective carrier card.

  • The Advantage: This click redirects you straight to the detailed Individual Service Provider Report (the "Carrier Review"), where you can analyze the exact routes, rejected lanes, and price deviations of this specific partner.
