Correcting an Offer
Changing a renegotiated or mistyped price yourself.
If a price was renegotiated by phone, or a carrier mistyped it, you do not have to ask them to enter it again. You can change the offer yourself.
There are two routes to the offer form. Both lead to the same result.
Through the comparison
- Open the comparison for the request.
- Click the carrier's name in the column header.
- Click Correct in the top right.
- Change the price or details and save.
Through the Status Overview
- Open the Status Overview and click the reference number of the request.
- In the list of invited carriers, click the partner's name.
- Click Correct in the top right.
- Change the price or details and save.
What gets logged
Every change is recorded in the request History, with the user and the time. Your team can therefore see that the changed price was not entered by the carrier.
