User Roles & Permissions

In OYASO, you can manage your team efficiently by assigning a specific role to each member. This ensures that everyone involved has exactly the access they need for their daily work, while sensitive administrative settings remain protected.


Current User Profiles

We currently offer two different roles:

1. Role: Administrator

  • Full Access: Administrators have unrestricted access to all features of the platform.

  • User Management: Only administrators can add new users, edit existing profiles, or delete accounts.

  • Client Management: Full read and write access to the client management area to adjust overarching company settings (such as templates).

2. Role: User (Nutzer/in)

  • Day-to-day Operations: Users can perform all daily logistics tasks, such as creating requests, comparing prices, and booking transports.

  • Administrative Restrictions (Read-Only Access): To ensure system security, administrative rights are restricted for normal users.

    • They can access and view the "Client Management" and "User Management" areas in the settings, but cannot make any changes there. Adding new users or changing basic settings is locked for this profile.
