# Contacting Support

## How to reach our team, and what speeds up an answer.

You can reach our team in two ways. The team is based in Germany and replies in German and English.

#### Live chat

In the OYASO app, click the chat button in the bottom right corner. This is the fastest route for short questions.

#### Email

Write to [support@oyaso.com](mailto:support@oyaso.com)

Available: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

#### A call with us

For questions that are hard to write down, book a slot with Customer Success:

Useful above all when you want to map an unusual case in OYASO and are not sure which route fits — multi-leg transport chains, recurring shipments, or tenders that do not follow the standard pattern.

#### What speeds up your request

Where possible, include:

- the reference number of the request concerned
- what you expected and what happened instead
- a screenshot of the message or the screen

#### Questions about contracts and pricing

For terms, additional users, or enabling a feature, your account manager is the right contact, not technical support.
