Available Languages & Support

OYASO connects you with logistics partners worldwide. To avoid misunderstandings and ensure smooth communication, our platform is fully multilingual and provides you with a direct line to our development and support teams.


1. Supported Languages

Currently, the OYASO platform is completely available in 12 languages. These include, among others:

  • German, English, French, Spanish, Polish, and many more.

Automatic Detection: You do not need to change any settings manually. The system automatically detects the browser language of the user (regardless of whether they are a shipper or a carrier) and displays the interface in the matching language.


2. Our "Missing Language" Service

Do you work with carriers in regions whose language we don't currently cover (e.g., Turkish or Chinese)?

Our promise to you: We see ourselves as your true partner. If a language is missing, just let us know!

  • Free of charge: We will implement any requested language at no additional cost to you.

  • Fast delivery: Typically, we will make the new language available in the system within approx. 2-3 weeks.
