Using Reference Numbers (Order Numbers & Allocation)
You can assign an individual reference to every freight request in OYASO. This field is much more powerful than it might seem at first glance.
Where does the reference appear?

In the subject line of the emails sent to your carriers.

Best Practices for Usage: Use the reference field to easily locate the request later in your ERP system or internal tracking lists. Popular entries include:

Your internal order or commission number.

The zip code and city of the consignee (for quick geographical searches).

Specific information such as the container number or vehicle type.
