Adjusting Master Data and Email Templates (Client Management)
As an administrator, you can centrally control the appearance of OYASO for your entire team. From your company logo to default currencies and text modules for emails to your carriers—here you ensure that your communication looks consistent and professional.

Click on your name or your company name on the far right of the top navigation bar.

Select "Client Management" (Mandantenverwaltung) from the dropdown menu.
1. Master Data & Appearance (Left Side)
On the left side, you manage the basic information of your company:

Company Name: The official name that appears as the sender to your service providers.

Default Currency: Determine the default currency (e.g., Euro) your team should work in.

System Messages in CC: Would you (or a central inbox, for example) like to receive a copy of all sent system emails? Enter an email address like logistics@yourcompany.com here.
Note on the Company Logo: > Your company logo is displayed here, but it cannot be changed manually. It is stored directly by OYASO for you to guarantee perfect rendering within the system. Should your branding change, please contact our support team briefly to have the logo updated.
2. Email Templates and Standard Texts (Right Side)
On the right side, you define what should be included by default in the emails to your carriers. This saves your team valuable typing time every day.
Select the desired area from the "Select Template" (Vorlage auswählen) dropdown menu:

Quote Request Email Template: The standard text for new price requests. Here you can set a general greeting (e.g., "Hello, please provide a quote for the following shipment...").

Rejection Email Template: The text that is sent when you reject a carrier (e.g., "Unfortunately, we have decided to go with another service provider this time.").

Template for Other Notes (Pro-Tip!): The text you enter here will automatically appear in the "Other notes" field for every new spot request. Use this for permanent, standardized instructions like "Goods receiving only Mon-Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM" or "Safety shoes mandatory during unloading".
Using Dynamic Placeholders: Below the text box, you will see available placeholders, such as {relations}. If you insert this into your text, OYASO will automatically fill it with the real data of the respective shipment (e.g., "Munich -> Berlin") when sending. This makes your standard texts highly personalized.
