# Inviting Further Carriers to a Running Request

## Sending an open request to additional partners, or sending a reminder.

If too few offers come in, or if a suitable partner only occurs to you later, you can send a running request to further carriers. The same route works as a reminder to carriers you already invited.

### How to do it

1. Open the running request.
2. Click **Send**.
3. Select the recipients.
4. Click **Send**.

The request stays the same. No second case is created, and offers already received remain in place.

#### New partners or a reminder

**Carriers not yet invited** receive the request for the first time. They have whatever time is left before the offer deadline.

**Carriers already invited** can be contacted again if the first email was missed. Their existing offer stays unchanged.

#### When the deadline is close

Check whether the remaining time is enough for a serious calculation. A newly invited partner needs the same window as the others, otherwise the comparison is skewed.
