Inviting Further Carriers to a Running Request
Sending an open request to additional partners, or sending a reminder.
If too few offers come in, or if a suitable partner only occurs to you later, you can send a running request to further carriers. The same route works as a reminder to carriers you already invited.
How to do it
- Open the running request.
- Click Send.
- Select the recipients.
- Click Send.
The request stays the same. No second case is created, and offers already received remain in place.
New partners or a reminder
Carriers not yet invited receive the request for the first time. They have whatever time is left before the offer deadline.
Carriers already invited can be contacted again if the first email was missed. Their existing offer stays unchanged.
When the deadline is close
Check whether the remaining time is enough for a serious calculation. A newly invited partner needs the same window as the others, otherwise the comparison is skewed.
