Individual Service Provider Report: Carrier Performance Analysis

While the Service Provider Overview provides a high-level comparison of all your partners, the Individual Service Provider Report is designed to dive deep into the data of a specific Logistics Service Provider (LSP). This detailed view is perfect for preparing for annual reviews, quality circles, or upcoming price negotiations.

1. Accessing the Report

  1. Click on the "Reports" (Berichte) menu item in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select the "Individual Service Provider Report" (Dienstleister-Einzelreport – formerly "Carrier Review" / "Dienstleistergespräch") option from the dropdown menu

Pro-Tip: You can also access this report directly from the Service Provider Overview by clicking the "Show Details" button next to a carrier.

2. Setting Filters

In the upper section of the page, you will find two dropdown menus to precisely configure your view:

  • Select Provider: Choose the carrier from your address book that you want to analyze (e.g., "DB Schenker AG").

  • Select Period: Determine the timeframe for the analysis (e.g., "Last Quarter" or "Last Year").

3. General Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at a Glance

Once you have set the filters, OYASO provides an immediate overview of this partner's most important KPIs at the top:

  • Revenue & Shipments: The total revenue and the number of awarded orders in the selected period.

  • Quote Rate: How reliably does the partner respond? (How often do they submit a quote when requested by you?)

  • Hit Rate (Booking Rate): How successful is the partner? (How often are they awarded the contract after submitting an offer?)

  • Top Routes: On which lanes is the service provider most heavily represented for you?

4. Detailed Analysis (Routes & Price Comparison)

Scroll further down to dive into the deep analysis. Here you will find a detailed breakdown by transport mode (e.g., Road Freight) and individual routes (e.g., DE -> FR).

For each route, you can see exactly:

  • The ratio of sent requests to actually submitted quotes.

  • The Price Difference (Chart on the right): How far off was this carrier's price on average from the first-placed (cheapest) provider? This gives you an unvarnished look at how competitive the carrier was compared to the rest of the market.

Important Note on Plan Availability: The detailed evaluation in the lower section (route details and price comparison chart) is part of the "Individual Service Provider Report" feature. This function is available starting from the Business package (as well as in Professional, Corporate, and Enterprise). This lower section is not visible in the entry-level "Essential" plan.
