Navigating the Dashboard

Jump straight to open, closed, and archived requests.

The dashboard lists all your requests by status. The sidebar on the left takes you straight to a section without scrolling. The number next to each section shows how many requests it holds.

Sections of the dashboard

Section Contains
Drafts Requests you have created but not yet sent to anyone
Open Requests Sent requests. They stay here until you close them
Shipments Without Rating Awarded spot shipments you have not rated yet
Closed Requests Requests you closed while their validity still runs
Old Requests Closed requests whose validity has expired

Shipments Without Rating covers spot shipments only. Rate requests are not rated. The section also appears only when service provider ratings are active for your company.

How a request moves to the archive

You never sort anything by hand. The path is always the same.

  1. A sent request stays under Open Requests, even after the offer deadline has passed. It leaves only when you close it.
  2. Once closed, it sits under Closed Requests for as long as its validity runs.
  3. On the day after the validity expires, it moves to the archive on its own.

Validity is determined in this order:

  • If at least one offer has been submitted, its validity date counts. The request expires once no submitted offer is valid any more.
  • Otherwise, the validity date you set on the request counts.
  • If you set none, the request stays valid for 14 days from its start date.

The last valid day counts in full, until 23:59.

Jump to a section

  1. Open the Status Overview.
  2. In the sidebar on the left, click the section you need.

The page jumps to that block. The sidebar marks which section you are currently in.

Reading the counters

Next to each section you see the number of requests it contains. A 5 next to Open Requests means five cases are waiting for a comparison or an award. You see this even while working at the top of the page in your drafts.

In the archive, the counter shows 20+ instead of an exact number once the section grows large.

On smaller screens

On tablets, laptops, and phones the navigation appears as a narrow bar below the search field instead of on the left. The sections and counters are the same.

If you cannot find a request

The request is in a section you have not opened. Use the full-text search instead. It searches all sections at once.

If Shipments Without Rating is missing, service provider ratings are not active for your company.

Deleted requests do not appear in any section and cannot be restored.
