Comparing Your Carriers

All partners side by side: revenue, rates, and ratings.

The carrier overview places all your partners side by side. You see who was asked how often, who replies, and who wins the business.

The extent of the reporting available to you depends on your contract. → When the quota is reached

Opening the overview

  1. In the main menu, click Reports.
  2. Select Carrier overview.

Period and search

Use the search field on the left to narrow down to one partner. Next to it, choose the period: last month, last three months, last year, or since you started.

The metrics

Each carrier appears as its own tile:

Metric Meaning
Revenue Total value of orders awarded to that partner
Requests and request share How many shipments were requested, and what share of all your requests that represents
Quoted and quote rate How many requests the partner responded to
Booked and hit rate How many orders they won
Rating Average of the ratings you submitted

What the rates tell you — and what they don't

A low quote rate can have two causes. Either the partner responds unreliably, or they are asked for lanes they do not serve. Check the individual report for the lanes they skip before raising it with them.

A low hit rate does not automatically mean a partner is expensive. It can also mean they bid on heavily contested lanes. The price comparison in the individual report shows how far they actually sat from the cheapest quote.

Going deeper

If a figure stands out, click Show details on the right of the tile. That takes you straight into the individual report for that partner. → Reporting on a single carrier

If metrics are missing

Without awarded orders in the chosen period, revenue and hit rate stay empty. Widen the period.

If "quota for this quarter reached" appears

The extent of the reporting available to you depends on your contract. Once it is used up, the report is unavailable for the rest of the quarter.

Talk to your account manager if you want to work with it regularly. → Contacting support

Awards made outside OYASO do not appear here. The report shows what was awarded in the system.
