### Reports

#### **Carrier overview**

All partners side by side: revenue, request, quote and hit rates, ratings. Across different periods.

#### **Carrier report**

The breakdown per lane: which routes a partner serves, how often they quote there, and how far they sat from the cheapest offer on average. You see the general metrics of the carrier report without enabling anything; the lane breakdown is what gets added.

#### **Activity overview**

Who did what and when, across the whole account: requests created, orders awarded, settings changed.

#### **Carrier ratings**

Rate awarded shipments from 1 to 5 stars. Ratings appear in the carrier report and in the carrier overview.

### Data and export

#### **Export of all quotes**

Every quote received as an Excel file, including unbooked ones. For market price analysis and benchmarking.

#### **Export of booked transports**

Only the transports actually awarded. For controlling and sustainability reporting.

### Requesting and awarding

#### **Renegotiation**

Start a second round without setting up a new request. The new prices appear straight in the comparison.

### Rates and tariffs

#### **Rate requests**

Fixed prices for a period rather than for a single shipment. Several lanes in one tender, prices via Excel template.

#### **Country tariffs**

Rates for a whole country or postcode area instead of a fixed lane.

#### **Freight structure calculator**

Model volume plans against your stored rates. For budget planning and what-if scenarios.
